Jonathan Luker, JL Planning
I’m a qualified Town Planner with over 16 years of professional experience. Having previously worked for Cornwall Council for 15 years, and my last role was as a Principal Development Officer. During this time, I have dealt with all types and scales of development, from major applications, housing and agricultural development to listed building consents and house extensions. Since October 2021, I’ve run my independent planning consultancy, JL Planning.
Regarding heritage matters, specifically replacing windows and doors, I’ve dealt with numerous listed building applications and applications in Conservation Areas, so I have considerable knowledge and experience in this area of work.
This combined experience will help me give you a detailed understanding of planning policy and its interpretation, together with well-reasoned and realistic advice in all development matters.
